Adults Get involved
How adults get involved at Where U At?
Where U At is made possible by incredible adults who give their time, talents, and gifts to create an unforgettable weekend for young people. Whether you love serving behind the scenes, praying, planning, welcoming, teaching, or keeping things organized, there’s a place for you on the team!
Kitchen Team
Help us create a warm and welcoming experience around the table! Kitchen volunteers help set up, serve meals, and clean up afterward. You’ll arrive 90 minutes before meals and stay approximately 60 minutes after. Bonus: This is the only volunteer role where your conference registration is completely covered!
Prayer Team
Help cover Where U At in prayer! Churches and individuals can receive updates throughout the weekend and pray specifically for our youth, leaders, and experiences at camp. We also welcome spiritual leaders who can serve during worship and altar ministry or provide spiritual direction throughout the weekend.
Security Team
Help us create a safe environment where youth can relax, have fun, and fully experience the weekend. We’re looking for eight trusted adults to serve flexible security shifts throughout the conference. This is a great role for adults already attending with a participating organization.
Program Planning Team
Love bringing great ideas to life? Join the team that helps shape the Where U At experience—from General Sessions and free-time activities to Afterglow and other memorable moments throughout the weekend.
Administration Team
If organization is your superpower, we need you! This behind-the-scenes team helps with promotion, registration, housing, communication, and the many details that keep Where U At running smoothly.
Workshop Leaders — FILLED FOR 2026
Share your gifts and experience with our young people! Workshop Leaders facilitate engaging conversations on relevant topics that help youth explore how faith and everyday life intersect.
Workshop Coordinator — FILLED FOR 2026
Help our Workshop Leaders succeed! The Workshop Coordinator serves as their primary point person, providing clear communication and making sure leaders have what they need for a great experience.
Workshop Support Team
Help make our workshops run smoothly! We need nine adults to set up workshop spaces, help youth find their sessions, support presenters, and collect student feedback.
Medical Team — FILLED FOR 2026
Help us care well for everyone at camp. Each year, we need a Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor who can be available throughout the weekend to respond to medical needs and support the health and safety of our youth and leaders.
Community Life Coordinator
Do you have the gift of hospitality and a heart for bringing people together? Help us create an environment where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and connected through creative visuals, intentional activities, and opportunities to build community.
Whatever your gift, there’s a way to use it at Where U At. Come serve alongside us and help create a weekend where young people can connect with one another, discover more about themselves, and encounter God.
